The Great Eastern Wine Weekend September 04 – 07, 2020
The Great Eastern Wine Weekend is held annually and showcases the region’s finest food and wines.
The two-day event offers an exciting occasion to explore Tasmania’s East Coast wine region through a variety of special events and cellar door discounts.
Visit cellar doors along the Great Eastern Drive and talk with the wine makes, enjoy fantastic food along the route and get discounts at each cellar door.

MONA FOMA (an acronym for Museum of Old and New Art: Festival Of Music and Art, often further shortened to MOFO), is an annual festival based in Hobart curated by Brian Ritchie bass player from the rock band Violet Femmes. It is billed as Tasmania’s largest contemporary music festival and showcases the work of artists in a broad range of art forms, including sound, noise, dance, theatre, visual art, performance & new media. Festival of Voices transforms Tasmanian towns into singing cities every July. As Australia’s premier celebration of the voice, it attracts thousands of singers, choristers and music lovers, for the chance to hear harmonies soaring in concert halls, theatres and public spaces across the state. The Festival of Voices brings some of the most respected singers from across Australia and overseas to Tasmanian shores. For twelve years it has been presenting a remarkable program of performances and – uniquely – vocal workshops run by critically acclaimed artists, creating a festival experience like no other.
